Additionally, it may be linked to other third-party websites or social media (e.g. the website of the General Secretariat for Information Systems (www.gsis.gr) or the website of DIAVGEIA (https:\/\/et.diavgeia.gov.gr\/f\/pdm) etc.). In this case, with regard to the processing of your personal data, the PDM is not a Data Controller and the corresponding privacy policies adopted by these websites apply.<\/p>

It is noted that the MDM does not collect and does not process the personal data of the taxi codes that you enter on the corresponding website of the General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance.<\/p>

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
A. During the general use of the Website
The purpose of processing your personal IP and device operating system data for the proper functioning of our Website, addressing technical issues and optimizing it is the legitimate interest of MDM, which has been weighed against your rights and freedoms in a fair manner.<\/p>

The e-mail and the thematic category for which you wish to receive updates and communication from the MDM are processed based on your consent.<\/p>

B. When using the Open Government website of the PDM (https:\/\/opengov.pdm.gov.gr\/):
\u2013 The processing of your personal data when submitting your request for the provision of E-Government Services through the website http:\/\/apps.pdm.gov.gr\/ to which our Website redirects is necessary in the performance of a duty carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority of the PDM.<\/p>

\u2013 The processing of your personal identity and comment data for the purpose of your participation in the Consultations is based on the compliance of the MDM with its relevant legal obligation.<\/p>

\u2013 The processing of personal identity data (name, surname), e-mail, title, submission cycle and brief description of the idea and accompanying file is based on your consent to submit an idea to improve or simplify the way a service operates through the MDM Website.<\/p>

\u2013 The processing of personal data on the assets of elected officials for the publication of their Assets Declaration is based on the compliance of the MDM with its relevant legal obligation.<\/p>

Note: When the legal basis for processing is consent, you have the ability to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal of consent is effective for the future.<\/p>

Recipients of the data
